What I collect

When you book a consultation or contact me, I collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, and the description of your immigration situation you share before or during our meeting. Before an initial consultation, you'll also sign a short consultation agreement, as required by my regulator — it confirms the fee, the purpose of the meeting, and my professional obligations to you.

How I use it

Your information is used only to prepare for and provide immigration consulting services to you. I do not sell, share, or trade your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with me — before, during, and after a consultation — is treated as confidential, whether or not you become a client, and that confidentiality continues indefinitely, even after our work together ends. As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, I am bound by the confidentiality obligations in the Code of Professional Conduct for College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Licensees, and as my own commitment to you, I don't disclose even the fact that you've consulted me. Limited exceptions exist where disclosure is authorized by you or required by law.

How it's stored

Your information is kept securely and retained only as long as needed to serve you and to meet my professional record-keeping obligations.

Third-party tools, including AI

This website uses a booking tool (Calendly) to schedule consultations and may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These tools have their own privacy policies.
